Norma Raffle

Minister Norma Raffle has been a founding member of Crystal Waters International Ministries. She has been in ministry for over 30 years in different capacities. 

As our Director of International Prayer she prays over our  ‘Deluge Of Glory’ site and prophetically intercedes for this group as the Lord directs. 

Apostle Paul & Pastor Julie Kenny are ordained ministers with Crystal Waters International Ministries located in Australia who are fully trained in ministry for many decades. Paul Kenny has his Masters Degree in Leadership while Julie Kenny is a certified Chaplin. Apostle Paul is our Vice-President of Crystal Waters International Ministries Network, and Pastor Julie is a special advisor to the Network as well.  They  are part of our international team both here in Canada and worldwide.  

Duane Sims is an Evangelistic Prophet, and an Associate Minister and board member with Crystal Waters International Ministries.  He travels and ministers in a variety of churches, as well as online. 

His heart is for SE Saskatchewan, Crystal Waters, Canada, and overseas ministry. He loves “The Big Three” - Salvation, Healing, and Deliverance, and experiences the power of the Holy Spirit in these areas.

For example, he regularly is given “words of knowledge” regarding infirmities of body or soul, as well as needs for spiritual deliverance, or for provision of various kinds. 

These words of knowledge often begin as interpretation of tongues, and then lead to other gifts such as discernment of spirits, prophecy, and healing. 

One of his favourite ministry memories is taking a cane away from an older lady who was then healed of lameness and pain. Another is having a word of knowledge of a man with lower back arthritis who was healed while walking to the altar before even being prayed for. He also has experienced the anointing driving demons out from people. 

Prophet Duane holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Studies from Taylor Seminary in Edmonton, Canada. It was during his study there that he began working with African churches, and learned about many intercultural as well as spiritual dynamics.
